Unlike physical goods or hosted subscriptions, Bionest.io is a self-hosted digital product that provides immediate access to unencrypted source code. Because it is impossible to "return" downloaded source code or permanently verify its destruction from your hard drives, we generally do NOT provide refunds under any circumstances once the digital product has been accessed or downloaded.
By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that you are purchasing digital content, and you lose your right of withdrawal once the download or access has been provided.
To avoid any ambiguity, we will firmly reject refund requests based on the following reasons:
- Change of mind: You decided you no longer want the software or changed your business plan.
- Lack of technical knowledge: You do not possess the skills to manage a server, configure a domain, or utilize the software, despite the required skills being reasonably assumed for a self-hosted SaaS product.
- Hosting incompatibility: Your chosen hosting provider does not support the required environment (PHP, MySQL, specific extensions), despite the server requirements being clearly listed on our documentation and sales pages before purchase.
- Failure to read documentation: You encountered an issue that is clearly solved or addressed in the official documentation, but you refused to read or follow the instructions.
- Business expectations not met: You did not achieve the financial results, customer signups, or business success you anticipated. (Bionest.io provides the infrastructure, not the customers).
- After source code access: You have downloaded the source code repository or accessed the unencrypted files on your server.
- Missing features: The software does not include a specific feature that you assumed it had, despite it not being listed on our sales page.
We are fair and reasonable. We may, at our sole discretion, issue a refund ONLY under the following strict conditions:
- Duplicate Payment: You accidentally purchased the exact same license tier twice within a 24-hour period due to a checkout glitch or double-clicking.
- Product Cannot Be Delivered: Due to a catastrophic failure on our license servers, we are entirely unable to deliver your license key and download link within 72 hours of your cleared payment.
- Legal Obligation: A refund is strictly required by consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction that supersede digital delivery waivers.
A technical issue is not an automatic ground for a refund. Bionest.io includes 6 months of technical support and free installation assistance to ensure your platform works exactly as advertised.
Installation Assistance
If you are struggling to install the software, our team will help guide you or, if necessary and with your permission, we will perform a basic installation on your clean server environment.
Technical Support
If you uncover a genuine, verified bug in the unmodified core source code that prevents the software from functioning as described, our team will provide a patch, update, or workaround. If we acknowledge a critical core bug and determine it cannot be fixed, we may then offer a refund at our discretion.
How to Request Help: Before requesting a refund, you must open a support ticket detailing your issue, providing server logs or screenshots, and allowing our team a reasonable timeframe (up to 3 business days) to resolve the technical problem.
We take fraud and abuse very seriously. If you initiate a chargeback, payment dispute, or PayPal claim without first attempting to resolve the issue through our official support channels, the following actions will be taken automatically:
- License Termination: Your Bionest.io license key will be permanently revoked. Your admin dashboard will be locked out from updates and remote validation.
- Evidence Submission: We will submit comprehensive evidence to your bank or payment provider, including your IP address, download timestamps, license activation logs, and a copy of this legally binding policy which you accepted upon checkout.
- Abuse Prevention: Your account details, email, and IP address will be permanently blacklisted from purchasing future products from us or our network.
Can I get a refund if I can't figure out how to install it?
No. Lack of technical knowledge is not grounds for a refund. However, your purchase includes free installation support. If you're stuck, contact us, and our team will guide you or handle the basic installation on your behalf.
What if my server isn't compatible?
It is your responsibility to verify your server meets the published requirements (PHP, MySQL, specific extensions) before purchasing. If your current host is incompatible, you simply need to switch to a compatible VPS or hosting provider. Incompatibility is not a valid reason for a refund.
I bought it but decided not to start the business. Can I get a refund?
No. All sales are final. Once you have purchased and gained access to the proprietary source code, the transaction is complete regardless of your personal business decisions.
If you believe you qualify for a refund under our strict exception criteria (e.g. duplicate payment), please contact support within 14 days of your purchase.
